With a career spanning two decades, Josh is a seasoned joinery expert, initially crafting kitchens, Josh’s career has progressed with him holding pivotal roles including Installations Manager and National Operations Manager. Now the General Manager at HK, Josh brings a wealth of experience to the team.

Beyond his joinery expertise, he boasts a nine-year stint as a professional Rugby League player, followed by twelve more years embracing the sport in Tauranga. Despite his successful athletic background, Josh's true passion lies in nurturing and empowering people. His strong leadership ethos is evident in his commitment to team growth, mentorship, and development.

Off the clock, Josh loves nothing more than heading out on the boat for a good day’s fishing and cherishes quality time with his three daughters and wonderful wife (his best catch yet!). Blending craftsmanship, leadership, sporting prowess, and a heart for family, we’re stoked to have Josh leading our team of champions here at HK.

Meet Cameron, our Procurement Manager and numbers maestro, hailing from the urban vibes of Auckland he has now been firmly settled in the dynamic scene of Tauranga for over two decades. Serving as the backbone of HK's procurement, Cameron ensures the use of top-notch materials and collaborates with the pricing team to provide optimal value in our joinery projects.

With 27 years in the construction industry, including international experience in London, a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, and entrepreneurial ventures, Cameron joined HK in 2016, becoming an integral part of our family.

Beyond decimals, he champions a culture at HK that values both colleagues and the environment. A devoted father of two, Cameron balances family life with passions for sports, attempting TV-worthy golf skills, and exploring the scenic beauty of Bay of Plenty and Coromandel, ensuring his life stays balanced with regular latte fixes!

Chris has been part of the HK story since our team could fit in a room. As the Accounts Manager, she’s seen us grow from around 20 staff to where we are today. Balancing the books and steering the financial ship are her specialties.

Off duty, you'll catch her diving into her other love – football. Whether she’s reliving her playing days, coaching, or passionately cheering on her favorite teams, it’s her way of finding balance outside the numbers game.

In our close-knit team, Chris is an invaluable asset, not only ensuring the numbers add up but also adding to the vibrant spirit of our team.

Outside of work, Tracey is an outdoor enthusiast, utilising her trusty motorhome to seek out thrilling SUP waves or mountain bike tracks alongside her husband. Her adventurous spirit extends beyond the workplace, reflecting a well-rounded and dynamic personality.
